Laura Batzella is a dedicated Foreign Legal Counsel at Allasya IP, specializing in intellectual property law with a focus on cross-border transactions and international IP strategy. With over 5 years of experience in the field, she provides clients with expert guidance on navigating the complexities of global IP regulations and enforcement.
Having earned degree in Languages, Economics and Institutions of Asia and North Africa at the University Ca’ Foscari (Italy), in 2018 Laura moved to China to study at the East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai, where she obtained the Master Degree in International Economic Law.
Laura has a deep understanding of both domestic and international IP frameworks. She has represented a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational corporations, in matters such as trademark registration, patent prosecution, and copyright protection.
She started working as a legal counsel in 2019.
Fluent in Italian, English and Chinese, Laura leverages her multicultural background to facilitate effective communication and negotiations across jurisdictions. She is committed to helping clients maximize the value of their intellectual assets while minimizing risk.
