Graduated from the top universities in China, including Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Master Degree of Law) and Nanjing Agricultural University (Bachelor Degree of Engineering), Royal has a solid foundation in engineering & law background.
Royal also possesses multiple certifications including PRC Patent Attorney license, PRC Attorney at Law license (admitted to Bar), PRC Legal Professional Qualification, and Senior Compliance Officer certification, with comprehensive professional abilities.
Royal has experience in serving multinational clients in the field of patents, with strong patent search FTO report, maintaining a very high success rate in patent invalidation cases.
Before moving to private practice, she served as patent engineer for a large Internet company, thus acquiring a rich experience in enterprise intellectual property management.
