Silvia specializes in intellectual property law with 10 years of experience. After a master's degree in law at the University of Padua, Italy, she moved to China in 2017 and since then she provides strategic consultancy for the protection and enhancement of intellectual property rights in China and all over Asia. As an expert in trademarks, patents, copyrights, Silvia assists companies and professionals in managing and protecting their intellectual assets, from development to commercialization, to their legal defense.
